The Invictus International School is officially a certified educational institution in Phnom Penh, providing top quality global education at an affordable cost for students to meet these challenges.

Phnom Penh, April 24, 2020 – With Invictus International School Phnom Penh receiving official certification from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports this week, the Singapore-based learning institute has announced an incredible opening offer.

Invictus is offering a special promotion to the first 100 students who enroll by August 31, with two academic years – 2020-21 and 2021-22 – available for just $ 5,000 per year. The offer reflects Invictus’ commitment to accessible education, with quality learning available over four terms normally available for $ 8,000 per year.

“Invictus is pleased to announce this auspicious opening offer to our pioneering students in these economically difficult times. At the heart of Invictus, we strive to provide the best education at affordable costs, and we believe this is the right way to start, ”said John Fearon, Founder and Executive Director of Invictus International.

The school brings to Phnom Penh the same successful model of premium education at an affordable price, with enrollment now open.

Invictus is also venturing into the concept of a “virtual campus” – www.invictus.family – to provide full-time home learning to students around the world. This is the international school’s first virtual campus, having established three physical campuses in Singapore and two in Hong Kong, with the latest now in Phnom Penh.

Experienced teachers from the Invictus International School campuses will lead the interactive virtual classes of the Invictus family on a structured schedule, much like a physical school.

Invictus Family will be offering full-time virtual classes for Grades 1 through 6 starting April 27 this year, with the option to add secondary classes in August.

For those who wish to enroll in the virtual campus full-time, Invictus has further reduced its already accessible tuition fees to $ 4,000 per year. There is a one-time registration fee of $ 1,000.

The school principal expressed his enthusiasm for joining the Invictus International School in Phnom Penh.

“I am very happy to join Invictus in Phnom Penh and have the opportunity to share my 18 years of teaching experience, including 12 years working in international schools around the world. Invictus has worked hard to create a stimulating environment that includes modern resources. The Invictus approach towards a holistic education for all students and the passion for education is something that I am very happy to be a part of.

“It is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading educational institution that focuses on quality education for all members of society.

“The opportunity to be in Cambodia is very exciting. The Kingdom is a rapidly growing country with a rich and diverse history. Cambodians value quality education and want to be leaders in the world, ”said Clive Swale.

The seasoned educator has extensive teaching experience, having worked at respected institutions in Africa and South America, as well as Vietnam, UK and his native New Zealand during his long career. .

“I have a solid knowledge of the different programs and how to use them. I have a very good understanding of assessment and how to use that data to improve student achievement levels. I use good systems to help schools achieve the best results.

“I work hard with parents to get the most out of school and I am aware of changes in education and what it means for students,” he said.

Invictus follows an international UK-based curriculum from Grades 1 to 13, integrates Singapore’s main math curriculum, and offers three language courses: Khmer, English, and Simplified Chinese (Mandarin).

Year 1 – Year 6: International Primary Curriculum (IPC);

Year 7 – Year 9: Cambridge High School Program;

Year 10 – Year 11: General international secondary education certificate (IGCSE);

Year 12 – Year 13: Cambridge International “A” level;

Learning English, Khmer, and Simplified Chinese, which Invictus considers crucial to give its students a competitive advantage, is one of the school’s unique selling points.

“Learning different languages develops students’ ability to think critically, improves memory and enables emotional intelligence. Learning more than one language not only enables students to be fluent in different languages, but also gives them a greater sense of cultural identity and understanding.

“Ultimately, students develop an awareness of different forms of communication and can use it in our rapidly changing world to make good career decisions,” Swale said.

The father of two said studying at Invictus brought more than academic excellence.

“Invictus brings quality education to Cambodia at an affordable price. I also see this as an opportunity for students from different countries to join a school that will have many different nationalities, offering them the chance to make lifelong friends, ”he said.
