Mysore, March 26:- Jhe students forums and vscultural activities were inaugurated at the premises of the Sarada Vilas educational institution at Krishnamurthypuram here Friday (March 25).
Pr Morabada Mallikarjuna, retired Ipoint Ddirector of the Department of College Education and Dr. T K Umesh, retired vice cream-vschancellor of the University from Mysore were the main guests.
Speaking on the occasion, Professor Mallikarjuna said: “Education is the right of every human being. When a person gets educatedhe or she develops good manners, life skills and can to be a good citizen. Human knowledge is very important for man. How a hungry person needs food, likewise, a person thirsty for knowledge needs education. No matter how far one grows in life and career, one should not forget the path.”
Dr Umesh said: “Education has the power to wake up at the top a person in society and being aware of the world. If a soldier goes astray, he can be replaced by another to serve the country. But if a the teacher goes astray, the the student community suffers. A teacher must always be careful because he/she plays a key role in society.”
